One marijuana legalization effort faces setback, but others are in the pipeline

4/24/15–Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine on Friday rejected a group’s petition for a ballot amendment to legalize marijuana in Ohio, saying it was “not fair and truthful.” But the petition from the group, Legalize Marijuana in Ohio, is only one of several efforts from various interests that seek to legalize pot in the state.
